Hawaiian Airlines orders six more Airbus A330-200s
Hawaiian Airlines, which became a new Airbus operator this year, has placed a firm order for an additional six A330-200s.
These long-haul, twin-engine, widebody aircraft will join Hawaiian’s fleet of three A330s and an existing backlog of another seven A330-200s and six A350 XWBs.
Hawaiian’s A330-200s transport 294 passengers in a two-class configuration outfitted with individual in-seat, in-flight entertainment systems. The six additional aircraft will be powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines.
