As of 6th May 2013, airberlin will operate two daily flights from Berlin to Budapest from Monday to Friday.

At today's press conference in Budapest, Otto Gergye, Senior Vice President Sales Scheduled Services, said: "The connection between Berlin and Budapest has developed well from the outset. We are increasing the frequencies of flights for the second time since establishing the route in February 2012. We will then be able to offer optimum flight times for business travellers in particular and offer guests from Hungary excellent onward connections via our hub in Berlin."
